Week 38 Update

Ok, so still no baby. We went to our checkup yesterday and there was no change so it looks like we still have some time. I was a little dissappointed but at least I still have some more time to eat all the chocolate I want and have pizza two nights a week without Adam looking at me funny.

My last day at work before maternity leave is tomorrow. It will be hard not being with my friends here everyday but I'm hoping they will all keep in touch with me while I'm at home for a few months. I've never been off work for very long before so I'm not quite sure what I will do with myself next week if Madelyn still doesn't make her appearance.

I'll let you all know next week how it's going and if I've survived daytime TV! :)

Week 37 Update

We had another doctor appointment on Tuesday and everything still looks good. We go back next Wednesday and if "conditions are favorable", they will schedule me to be induced the week of the 20th. It's getting closer and closer which makes me nervous and excited at the same time. I'll have another update next week!

36 Week Pregnancy Update

I'm a little behind in my posts...my 37 week checkup is tomorrow so I'll have more news then. As of last week, I've just become much more uncomfortable and my doctor said at this point, it could be at any time. We finally finished packing my hospital bag yesterday so we are set to go. The plan is to continue working until the 17th but Adam wants her to come on Sunday so he can take a picture of her in an Easter basket. :)

I'm hoping she will hold off a little longer because I am still training my replacement at work for while I'm on leave and there is still a bunch of little stuff to finish at home.
